hi I am meenakshi. my daughter is six year old. she doesn't like to eat anything before going to school. she goes to school empty stomach. in fact at home she is very Choosey. she like to drink milk. she doesn't like to haveshe chips,chocolate, fruit drinks etc. she always give excuses for not to eat. please suggest me regarding her food habits.

you can wake the child half to one hour earlier than you are doing now. Children at times don't want to eat immediately after waking. Give some options like fruits, milk with cereal, boiled egg, poha etc. You should be happy that your child is not liking junk foods like chips, chocolate, fruit drinks etc, These are just empty calories and are devoid of any other nutrients required by children.
