I hope you are well. Please don't try to lose weight during Ramadan, however, you can eat healthy during sehri and iftar. Sehri- Oats porridge/ Beetroot or carrot paratha/ moong chila/ besan chila/2 eggs + 1 Roti/Muesli with milk and fruits/Roti roll or wrap (with veggies)/ Whole wheat egg/chicken sandwich. Iftaar- 2 Dates + 1 Bowl fruits/Vegetable or chicken soup/ egg wrap or chicken wrap, grilled or roasted chicken/ Fruit smoothie/Grilled paneer/ 2 Scrambled eggs with toast/ 1 bowl moong salad or chana salad/ Rajma or ragda chaat (sweet potato tikkis or green peas tikkis). Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water. Avoid roohafza or aerated drinks. Avoid fried or processed foods :) Wishing you a happy Ramadan. Take care.
