Feeling nausea , vomiting and loss of appetite are felt by many women in pregnancy. Don't worry, most of the times, it gets better as pregnancy advances. Remain calm mentally and take adequate rest and sleep. These tips will help you: eat small portions of food more frequently, take plenty of oral fluids, take an early breakfast or morning snack, avoid food that has been cooked outside, avoid food that is spicy/ fried or stale and has a strong smell, avoid processed foods, tea and coffee and fizzy drinks.
