hi... I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I'm experiencing leg cramps.... both my legs a paining alot, from my thighs down to my ankles.... please what do I do?

Firstly, consult your doctor for a check up and to make sure that everything is good. You should take your supplements regularly , a deficiency of calcium and vitamin D can cause body pain and leg cramps. Take your supplements as per your doctor's advice. Drink plenty of fluids, take lots of fruits and vegetables and avoid prolonged standing and heavy work. Rest and sleep adequately. This will help you with prevention of leg cramps. It would be good to stretch your leg muscles before going to sleep, this will also prevent cramps. Consult your doctor regularly and follow the advice. I hope this helps.
