rice flakes, black channa, soybean, lobia, whole dried beans, all green leafy vegetables, watermelon, citrus fruits, strawberries, anar, jaggery, eggs/poultry(if non vegetarian) in your diet. Please do take advice of your doctor only for iron tablets as deficiency of iron is common in pregnancy.
