Hi, I'm 7 months pregnant.. My blood sugar level is in border.. I mean I am in risk of getting gestational diabetes... what should I follow for food intake.. pls suggest.. thanks in advance..

you need to totally avoid sweets, sugar, fried fatty stuff. Take whole grain cereals, pulses, beans,legumes, vegetables and fruits. You should also do some light exercise like walking. do take advice of your doctor and dietitian on this.
