Hi mam. Hope you are doing well. Can you please suggest some food restrictions to oveecome pcod and thyroid. are we suppose to stop diaryproducts like milk, curd, paneer etc completely. But I read in an article, that milk is required when we are trying for baby. Can you please clarify my doubt's.

Answer:
You don't need to stop having milk and dairy products , however , toned milk may be better. Avoid all preprocessed snacks and junk food, fizzy drinks, tea , coffee, oily , fried, spicy and heavy food , alcohol , smoking, sweets, crisps etc. Exercise regularly and take an early breakfast. Try to have easily digestible homemade food. For thyroid , a few vegetables that should be eaten in moderation are: cabbage, cauliflower, kale, yam, sweet potato, broccoli, ladyfingers etc. Take care.
