Hi Mam, my daughter is 3years 4 months old, going to school. Can you suggest me good, healthy and yummy nutritional snacks to her to send along with lunch box to school.

Great question. You can give her sandwiches with different fillings cut in different shapes and sizes. You can also give her mini pancakes, mini parathas made with dal, cheese, paneer or beans or mini dosas or mini idlis/ Dhoklas. Vegetable nuggets, Cutlets made with beans and veggies or with leftover rice, paneer and veggies but all shallow fried can be given. Even some ready sweets like barfi, besan/wheat/ragi laddoo or chikkis can be included. All these can be main course, in addition you can give 1 small box of chopped fruits like pear, apples, or washed cleaned grapes/cherries . Advice her to have Fruit box in the morning hours, main course after 1-2 hours
