For gluten free diet you need to avoid cereals like wheat, jau, rye, oats and any product made with it. You may give him any vegetable and fruits. Dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, meats can be given for iron needs. For calcium, use rich sources like milk, curd, paneer, cheese lassi. Do not add any milk supplement to it as it may have malted wheat. It is better to give foods made at home and avoid all packaged or outside, as they may have gluten in them. Hope it helps
