Hi mam /sir, my baby is 7 month old. I am working women. I want to start formula feed to my baby as expressed breast milk won't enough for her to meet her daily requirement. so please advice formula milk is better or diluted cow's milk. if formula milk then which one is good. I visited to pediatrician he advice Nan pro excellent . I gave her for 2 days but she not accepting it and also has forcefully vomiting after that feed. Hardly she drunk 10 ml .

cow's milk is not recommended till one year of age. If you have started with formula milk, start by replacing one of your milk feeds with formula feed. Start with lesser amounts only. Again don't force the baby you may try changing the brand as there are many good brand available in the market. Besides from six months you should also gradually introduce solids in your baby's diet as any milk alone would not suffice now.
