Hi, my baby girl was born with weight of 2. 460 kg which is under weight. kindly suggest, is she can face any problem in later due to less birth weight. also is she need some extra care to be a healthy baby.

the birth weight of your baby is not that low and you can do nothing about it now. You should take care of your baby now and for that you need to eat well for proper lactation. It is recommended to only breast feed the baby for first six months. Few suggestions are take a balanced diet of cereals (esp dalia, bajra), green leafy vegetables (esp methi, mustard leaves), dals & legumes (masoor. black channa, soybean), fruits, milk products, eggs fish & poultry.
