Answer:
Does he wake up due to discomfort ..? If he is otherwise settled easily and is not cranky, then it is usually not a concern. It is normal for a baby of around 1 year old to go sleepless. This phase is called sleep regression. The most probable causes are: a. Your baby's separation anxiety may resurface during this time. b. The baby may suddenly stop taking an afternoon nap. c. The baby may be going through some transitions that disrupt sleep such as potty training. d. The baby may begin having nighttime fears. e. The baby is hungry Try to be with your baby and make him comfortable and this is a phase and it will gradually go away with time.
