hi my baby is 2. 5 months old.. he spits up lot of milk.. after every feed he burps also then also has this issue.. is it normal.. how to reduce it.

Small amount of spitting up or possetting is normal and improves as they grow. In most of the cases it stops after 5 months. Keep him upright for a bit longer after feeds, maintain a gap of 2 hours for every feed, do not put baby to bed after feed and ensure to burp after every feed. Do check on baby's weight, if weight gain is fine do not worry.
