few suggestions for your younger child, to help in weight gain are Fruit smoothie especially made of banana, honey and malai, milk/curd Boiled & mashed potato with melted cheese on it, boiled sweet potato with a little butter, Scrambled egg with added milk/fresh malai, egg nog or egg added to soup Dal-roti mash, dalia dal khichdi. Add extra spoon of ghee/butter/oil to their dishes.
