hi my both son(elder one is 2yrs 3months weight9. 8kg,younger one is 1yr 2months, weight 8. 7kg) are lactogen intolerant and both of them are frequently attacked by diarrhoea... i am giving them soy milk as per the adv of my pediatritian. bt they are neither gaining weight nor their general condition improving. give me some suggestions. they have gluten allergy too. and i am giving them rice based foodnutrition Corner
you can give most foods which do not contain milk including fruits, vegetables, cereals, pulses, eggs, nuts etc.. You can give rice, potato flour, soy flour, pure corn etc. All fruits, vegetables, milk products, egg, fish, poultry can be given. You can give them vegetable cutlets, besan cheela, vegetable poha, biryani, phirni, sprouts salad etc. Combine rice, corn, soy flour to make chapatti, bread, biscuits etc. You can check online for some suitable recipe and also for some gluten free products. Please take advice of a clinical dietitian in person for this.
