Hi, My daughter is 3 yrs 1 month old. She is a picky eater and underweight. She is around 12 Kgs. We are not able to stick to a schedule in sleeping pattern. We are going to sleep by 10. 30 or 11 after finishing all household work. My child also comes to sleep late with us. Because of this the next day all eating and nap time are affected. Sometimes she naps at 4 to 6 in the evening and some times wont. But daily the sleeping time at night is around 10. 30 or 11. Does this affect her growth? How many hours she has to sleep in a day? Is it something to worry on her weight? Please help.
