Hi my daughter kiana is 4 yrs old n she is extremly shy kid. She do not talk to any new person she meets even she do not talk at her school she do have some friends but she finds it really difficult to conversate with her teachers.. if there is any guests at home ahe won't enter that room .. im just worried about such behaviour of hers n want her to raise as an outgoing person.. pls help

If she naturallyshy you need to give be supportive.
If you cannot accept her shyness or introversion how do you expect others to? An introvert will not become an extrovert being in a boarding. These are inherent and inherited traits. Look at all the famous CEOs of the world - Bill Gates, Sundar Pichai, Abdul kalam, Mukesh Ambani etc - all are not extroverts. Introverts make great leaders because they are able to focus, think deeply. Nurture your child. Motivate her. Prepare her mentally to face situations. Gently encourage her to face opportunities and people. Parents are the best educators. Give her a thriving environment. There is no better environment than home.
