Hi, my second month is going on and my blood sugar is little bit high, so what should I eat to balance my blood sugar as well as nutrition to my baby?

Answer:
You need to take care of your diet and if need be please take a personalized diet plan from a dietitian. Few suggestions for you are Take plenty of vegetables especially green leafy ones. Do take fruits. Include whole dals, legumes, beans in your diet. Include whole cereals like dalia, millets. Avoid sugar, sweets, maida, fatty & fried foods. Hope it helps.
