Hi! My son is going to be 2yrs old next month & v r travelling out of country on d last week of dis month, so is nestle ceregrow good for him to feed?? plz guide me wid some foods to carry.

Answer:
You can carry ceregrow. Get your child accustomed to these foods 2-3 days prior to travelling. As new food introduced while travelling or in a new place, will not be accepted by the child easily. Fruits apart from banana, cheeku, you can carry oranges, kinnu, grapes (mash them a little while feeding) etc. Home baked Biscuits/muffin could be a baby’s cereal alternative, which they enjoy. You can carry parantha, puri, theplas which may last upto 12-24 hours. Apart from these you may carry milk powder, formula milk, small tetra packs of milk etc.
Some precautions could be using bottled water only, do not use outside milk if not sure of it source. Do not give any raw cut fruit/vegetable to them.
