Hi! my son is of 9 years His immunity power is not so good.. What shall I do?? He eats all vegetables but no leafy vegetables... Even he does teeth grinding in sleep... What to do... Please guide me

Teeth Grinding

Teeth grinding during sleep is often a habit and will cause harm to teeth. If it persists, it wears the upper layer of teeth and can cause pain in the jaws. If it's quite frequent it may need a dentist review as well to see if a mouth/teeth guard is needed

It is advised to consult your pediatrician first because teeth grinding is also seen among children due to worms in the stomach and in this case deworming can be done.
