hi now i am 8th month pregnancy. my blood sugar reading aftr 1. 30 hr meal has been taken as 137. is this harmful ?

Hi Jyothi, you need to consult your gynaecologist for this and avoid sweets, sugar, fried fatty stuff. Take whole grain cereals, pulses, beans,legumes, vegetables and fruits. You should also do some light exercise like walking. Do take advice of your doctor and dietitian on this.
