Hi there at parentune. I have entered into my 3rd trimester of pregnancy nd want to knw about yoga or ny other exercises that will b beneficial to me during these days. Can i do yoga or exercise in these days? If yes plz suggest me some. Thank u Rupal

certain light exercises, especially walks (not brisk) and some yoga is recommended during this stage. The best person to guide you on this would be some experienced yoga instructor and your gyanecologist. Hope this helps.
