hi ... this is mehwish an anxiety patient having pregnancy of 8th month shukar ALLAH ..but some time i feel that my body is loosing control is it due to anxiety or pregnancy symptoms n how can i overcome this

You should visit your gynaecologist regularly for a checkup to make sure that there is no problem medically. Anxiety issues may worsen during pregnancy, so you should talk about it to your doctor. Do meditation and deep breathing. Keep yourself busy with hobbies that interest you , such as painting , reading or listening to music. Talk to your family and friends about this.
