Hope you are doing. Reduce your salt intake only 1/2 tsp of salt per day and rather switch to rock salt. Add fresh vegetables and fruits to the diet. Eat wholegrains like oats,barley,daliya,brown rice and quinoa. Drink enough water at least 8-10 glasses of water per day. Include foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids (almonds/walnuts/pistas and seeds). Avoid outside,processed,refined and packaged food :)
