hi,i am shilpi biswas,asking an advice and a weekly meal plan of my son as he going to school early at 7:30am. i also want an idea for his regular tiffin box that i have to give him. how type of milk should i give to him-skimmed low fat or cream milk. he is a premature baby and now his age is 5. 7 years,weight is 18. 9kg and height is 109cm. he is a class 1 student. he also has an adenoid problem. i found him weak sometimes and he is not interesred to do any kind of little work. pls advised me what should i give to him for increasing his energy. in the morning he drinks a cup of milk and 2 biscuits. should i give him any kind of health drink. pls reply me.

the weight and height seems fine. You can give normal toned milk. To his breakfast add some nuts, cereal or fruit besides milk Healthy tiffin snacks Stuffed subzi parantha with curd. Cheese/paneer/egg/chicken with vegetables cutlets/ sandwich. Chicken/soyanuggets with vegetables pulao. Cereal with milk & fruit. Besan,suji & vegetable cheela Fruit filled pancake/muffin. Include nuts like walnut, almonds, peanuts, dried fruits(dates, raisins, currants apricots)and seed (flaxseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) in daily diet. Use whole gains like bajra, dalia, ragi, sprouted beans. Do give some vegetables from these daily amla, green leafy vegetables, spinach, broccoli, Do give some fruits from these guava, strawberries, citrus fruits like orange, mausami, lemon.
