Hii Ma'am My daughter is 13 months old she is not having her food properly I m trying alot specially during lunch nd dinner tym but she just hv little and Thn starts turning her face... I m very concerned abt dese trying alot different ways to feed hr but she denies after hvng 2 or 3 spoons.. At night specially she takes very little amount of it or not at all and just sleeps on breast feeding is breast milk sufficient for her during night tym if she is not having food.. And She just wants biscuit which I mostly avoid to gv. Plz help me m worried about her health.. And how water should be gvn to her per day. And I need to know is a boiled egg sufficient during lunch tym as a food for hr plz help me

I hope you are well. Boiled egg can be given during mid-morning or during evening :) Eggs won't be sufficient for lunch or dinner. Give her at least 2-2 1/2 cups of water in a day. What is her weight? Please avoid giving her biscuits as much as possible. Please follow these tips and try giving this diet, also if she is taking little food at a time it is okay, break her meals down and feed her in intervals. Try and experiment with her food. Try to give her different veggies and fruits every day. Always try to sit together for meals so that she sees it and eats it. Make her food more presentable so that she enjoys eating it. Engage her in your talks and try to give her a small quantity at one time. Avoid force-feeding your child. Breakfast- 1 cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawal, khichdi and kadhi, Fried rice, vegetable pulao/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer Tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya
