Include fiber rich foods and include more water. Include more whole grain cereals & millets like oats/dalia/wheat etc and plenty of fruits esp prunes, pomegranate etc and lots of vegetables. Also , try going for walk or try doing some antenatal exercises. If this doesn't help you much, please consult the obstetrician for some mild laxative .Hope this will help!
