you should include dalia, bajra, whole wheat, rice, ragi, different pulses, vegetables fruits, egg/fish/poultry, milk products etc. in the diet.
These can be given as porridge, kheer, upma, khichri, chapatti/rice well mashed with pulses/gravies, scrambled eggs, custards, poha, idli, pulao etc.
