hiii I am 37 week pregnant ....doc asked me to monitor sugar level... I am not having any tablets but I am in gd diet ...my sugar level is very high today 162.... any remedy to bring it down

Totally avoid sugar, honey , sweets , fruit juices etc. Have balanced diet with whole grain cereals, proteins like eggs, dals etc , dairy, vegetables except starchy ones like patatoes, sweetpatatoes etc. Have fruits in moderation only.. especially mango, litchi, chickoo, grapes and banana. Please talk to the dietitian to get a customized diet chart. Also , go for walk or do some light exercises.
