All protein foods like, Meat, Chicken, beans with exception to eggs and fish can be started from 8-9 months of age. In case of eggs, start with Egg yolk first and whole egg from 1 year of age. Always give cooked egg yolk first and then move on to Whole egg. Chicken soup can be given. Boil cleaned chicken in water, till the strands start coming, then strain out the soup and give it to your baby. Regarding egg, always give in fully cooked form like egg yolk omelet, boiled egg yolk or scrambled one.
