Making a child food friendly requires lots of patience from parents and more so from mother. I am sure you have noticed the kind of food he likes to eat and the kind he rejects. Based on that analysis work on the presentation of the food, try different variations of the food. For instance if he is not liking semolina in a kheer then give it as a form of upma or halwa. You may also knead a dough with it mixing it with regular wheat dough and make chappatis or paranthas with it. In case you eat paneer you may give a stuffed paneer parantha or mash the paneer. Stir fry onions till they are soft and brown in colour, add tomatoes, grated carrots and cook till the masala leaves ghee and then add paneer to it. Add salt to taste and turmeric (optional). You may serve this as a complete meal or give it with a plain parantha as a veggie. You may do the same thing with soya granules. If your child doesn't like veggies then hide them in a parantha or idli where he is less likely to find out what goes inside his parantha.
