you should also feed on both the sides for equal duration, that is 10 minutes at one side and another 10 minutes on the other side. If the milk flow is good, 20-25 minutes would be sufficient. You may feed 10-12 times a day or as and when the baby demands. If the baby is satisfied and is not crying for more milk for 1- 2 hours, is growing well it means your feed is sufficient.
