I hope you are doing well. - Eat small and frequent meals. -Avoid spicy food. - Avoid caffeine (tea and coffee especially). - Drink enough water. - Walk after having your meals (in your house itself). - Eat at least 2-3 hours before bed, avoid late meals. -Avoid citrus foods, high calories foods, and chocolates. - Keep your head and chest elevated during sleep. - You can have ginger water in the morning. - Wear loose clothes. - See a doctor if it is getting out of hand. - Avoid heavy meals at night.
