Hope you are doing well. Here are some tips which you can follow :) -Start your morning with 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder mixed in a glass of warm water. -You can eat 3-4 soaked almonds post that. -Have a healthy breakfast upma/poha/chilla/mixed veg paratha. -Have a mug of green tea -Add salad with your lunch -Have a fruit in the evening -Add salad to your dinner and keep the dinner light. -Drink at least 12-15 glasses of water daily. Avoid any refined,fried or high calorie foods :)
