Early morning vomit sensation can be prevented by having some dry cracker/dry toast or any other bland carbohydrate food in the early morning hours. Also throughout the day, try having small and bland meals. Avoid fatty and spicy foods. You can also try having ginger ale or mild ginger tea with some dry cracker. Make sure to wear loose and comfortable clothing and avoid stress too. Take care :)
