Well at this age it is normal to have a crush of infatuation. Please remember that it is short term. It would be best not to over react. Teens will be rebellious so do not give them opportunities to be so. Take her out. Have an open talk. Share your concerns. Listen to her. Talk to her on her goals and guide her on how to be focussed. Every weekend plan an hour outing with her. On one such outing talk to her frankly about what you have observed. Keep your tone friendly and calm. Remind her of her goals. Emphasise that you are her friend and she can approach you on any issue and any time. Meanwhile keep a watch on her studies and usage of the phone and internet. Let the the computer be in the living room where you can see. Limit the usage to just an hour. Do know her friends and their background.
