You may increase both your iron and protein intake from the diet to help in your haemoglobin levels. Include dalia, rice flakes, black channa, soybean, lobia, whole dried beans all green leafy vegetables, watermelon, citrus fruits, strawberries, anar, jaggery, eggs/poultry(if non vegetarian) in your diet. Please do take advice of your doctor only for iron tablets as deficiency of iron is common in pregnancy. I hope these give you some ideas.
