I hope you are doing well. Here is a recipe. INGREDIENTS • 1.5 cup White/Brown Rice • 1 cup Black Urad Dal • 1 cup Green Gram • 1 cup Roasted Gram • 1 cup Moong Dal • 1 cup Masoor dal • 1 cup Wheat Dalia • ½ cup Sago • ½ cup Horse gram • ½ cup Corn • ½ cup Almonds • ½ cup Cashew • 10 pods Elachi METHOD 1. Soak all the ingredients in water for 10 minutes, rinse and dry them. 2. Roast Rice till they become little like puffed rice. 3. Roast Dal golden brown. 4. Roast Sago till they are a little dry and crispy. 5. Roast Wheat Daliya golden brown. 6. Roast Horse Gram till dry and crispy. 7. Roast roasted Bengal gram till crispy. 8. Roast Green Gram till the color changes from green to mild brown 9. Roast corn golden brown or till they crackle. 10. Roast Almonds and Elachi till they leave aroma. 11. Roast Cashew till golden brown 12. Let them cool for a few minutes. 13. The roasted ingredients can either be powdered by blender or mixer grinder or in power mill. 14. Sift the ground flour to make it finer. 15. The sifted flour can be stored in an airtight container for at least 4 to 6 months.
