Dry fruits or nuts and seeds are packed with nutrients like healthy fats, Iron, calcium, proteins and some B vitamins, Bit E, Mg and Healthy carbs. All these are the key nutrients during breastfeeding phase. You can take mix of nuts like, equal amounts of rasins, cashew, walnuts, almonds, and even hazelnuts. Mix them and put them in air tight jar and take handful of these 1-2 times in day in between meals. If you want to make powder of these, then grind each nut separately. Like take 2-3 tbsp of almonds, 1-2 tbsp of cashew and 1-2 tbsp of Walnut. After grinding mix them all together and store in air-tight containers and sparkle in all your foods.
