Hi Preetha Palaniswamy, Hope you are doing good. 1) Add salad to both of your meals i.e lunch and dinner. 2) You can drink green tea twice a day i.e 2 small mugs. 3) Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day. 4) Drink a glass of buttermilk at least once in a day. 5)Early morning have half a tsp of cinnamon powder with a glass of warm water. 6)Avoid eating any processed and refined foods. 7)Eat at least 2 fruits in a day,could be any fruit. 8)Do not skip meals. 9)Chew your food slowly. 10)Do not keep a gap of more than 2-3hrs between your meals. 11)Try to go for a walk for at least 20-25mins whenever possible.
