There is no proper treatment for the common cold. It usually goes away on its own. U can use nasal saline drops to clear the air passages and also a humidifier to keep moisten the room. If the baby is having fever or cough along with that or cold is increasing, then visit a pediatrician or an ENT for an examination, even tele-consultation works. Please note it is not advisable to give any home remedies if the baby is not more than 6 months old. Hope this helps. Take Care
