Hy my daughter is 2. 8 year and her weight is 10 kg i am worried about her weight plz tell me what should i do for increase her weight.

Hope you are doing well. Her weight is okay as of now.Not a major issue :) Give her this diet. Breakfast- 1 Cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawala,khichdi and kadhi,Fried rice ,vegetable pulav/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya Bed-time- 1 Cup milk with nuts powder (almonds,walnuts,pistas,cashew roast and powder)
