I am 11 weeks pregnant nd I am suffering from acidity and constipation problem from d starting of my pregnancy...... pls suggest food or things which will help me out of dis issue

nutrition Corner

for constipation both fluid and fiber intake has to be increased. Take more water and include fluids like coconut water, lemon water, juices, soups etc.Take dals with husk and legumes/beans and whole cereals like dalia, brown rice, rice flakes etc. Take plenty of fruits & vegetables. Avoid refined cereals & maida products like bread, buns, kulcha, naan etc. Avoid fried fatty foods. Take advice of your gynaecologist also.
