for constipation both fluid and fiber intake has to be increased. Take more water and include fluids like coconut water, lemon water, juices, soups etc.Take dals with husk and legumes/beans and whole cereals like dalia, brown rice, rice flakes etc. Take plenty of fruits & vegetables. Avoid refined cereals & maida products like bread, buns, kulcha, naan etc. Avoid fried fatty foods. Take advice of your gynaecologist also.
