I am 12 days postpartum. my baby is delivered by c section premature. should I eat "gond" paay and dry fruits etc? my baby is on mother feed. will gond and dry fruits effect my stitches and also not good for my baby? what should I eat? I have also weakness

You can eat gondh and dry fruits (moderation, eat little avoid over-loading your system with it).
Paya is best avoided.
Drink enough water, so that you are not constipated. Constipation can have an effect on your stitches.
Weakness will go away in a few days, ensure you eat a well balanced diet, take your supplements and enough rest.
Here' s a basic diet :)
Early morning- 4-5 soaked almonds + 1 Glass of milk
Breakfast- 1 Bowl upma/poha/oats porridge/1 vegetable paratha/1 Dosa/3 Idlis with sambar
Mid-morning- 1 Fruit
Lunch- 2 Rotis with sabzi and dal or dal chawal with salad or paneer pulav with raita
Evening- 1 Fruit + 1 Bowl poha chivda/dry bhel/ragda /chana chaat/rajma chaat
Dinner- Same as lunch
Bed-time- 1 Cup with Mama protienex
