Answer:
Feeling bad taste in mouth and occasional vomiting may be normal in first three months of pregnancy. Take small frequent meals and an early breakfast. Avoid fried and spicy food and foods with strong falvours. For relieving constipation both fluid and fiber intake has to be increased. For that take more water. If you can't take plain water include fluids like coconut water, lemon water, juices, soups etc. Take dals with husk and legumes/beans daily. Do take whole cereals like dalia, brown rice, ragi, rice flakes etc. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid refined cereals and maida products like bread, buns, kulcha, naan etc. Visit your gynaecologist for prescription of a mild laxative (if required) and medication to control acidity and vomiting. These measures will help you .
