I am 30 weeks pregnant. I am taking Folic acid tab, iron and calcium supplements and multi vitamin tab. Recently I have checked my haemoglobin level which is 10. 8 gm /dl. What should I do now and which food can help me to increase my haemoglobin level??

you should include dark green leafy vegetables, beans,black chana, legumes, dates, jaggery, watermelon, citrus fruits, dalia, chirwa, and if non vegetarian then eggs, poultry/fish/mutton especially liver, in the diet.
