Firstly remain under your doctor's supervision and guidance, one weekly may not be worrisome. Your doctor will guide you regarding this. Stay calm and happy, take adequate rest and sleep. Take a high protein nutritious diet and plenty of oral fluids. Include whole thing, nuts, seeds, legumes, dals, soya, beans, black grams, milk and dairy products, meat, fish eggs, fruits and vegetables and leafy greens.
