I am 34 weeks pregnant .my sugar level is high and have some liver enzymes and I also need to increase the weight of my baby as well as to control my weight. Please suggest some proper diet plan.

You need to totally avoid sweets, sugar, fried fatty stuff. Take whole grain cereals, pulses, beans,legumes,low fat milk products, vegetables and fruits. You should also do some light exercise like walking. Do take advice of your doctor and dietitian on this.
