Include plenty of fruits, vegetables and leafy greens, whole grains and sprouts, nuts and seeds, beans, soya, dals and legumes, eggs, milk and dairy products , meat , fish etc in your diet. Take an early breakfast and avoid long gaps between meals. Keep yourself busy with hobbies and pleasurable activities to keep you happy. Read books, listen to music, connect with your family. Do meditation. Sleep and rest adequately. You can also do some physical activity such as pregnancy yoga with your doctor's prior approval. I hope this helps.
