I am 8 weeks pregnant. where I live the area is in contentment zone due to COVID-19 . plz suggest me how can I can I take self care during this situation

Firstly , stay in regular touch with your doctor on phone or e consultation platforms for appropriate advice. Don't panic, stay calm and happy. Take a healthy diet by including plenty of fruits, vegetables,leafy greens, nuts and seeds, dals, legumes, whole grains and sprouts, milk and dairy products, eggs , meat, fish etc. It would be wise to steam/ cook all your food/ vegetables before eating to prevent infection. Peel your fruits, take an early breakfast, eat small frequent meals and drink plenty of oral fluids. Avoid picking up weights, heavy work , prolonged standing and sitting on floor. Take adequate rest and sleep. Observe good hygiene and wash your hands frequently, use hand sanitizer and face mask. Practice social distancing and donot step out of the home unless it's an emergency. All the best and do keep us posted.
